- Scramble: A team mode where each team member hits the ball. The team decides which shot counts and then players play on from that spot on the next shot. Any shot that isn’t chosen doesn’t count on the scorecard.
- Best Ball: A team mode where each player plays normally, but only the best individual score from each team on each hole counts.
- Stableford: Similar to stroke play, this mode uses an easy to understand, points based scoring system that rewards more aggressive play and is less punishing for bad results. Sports Champions 2 uses a popular version of this scoring system, which golf fans will recognise as the "Modified Stableford".
